I had the pleasure this past Sunday of enjoying a lovely breakfast and stroll through the Valley Green section of Fairmount Park with Nicole Peterson of Girl Photography. We were connected almost a year ago through the Photo Betties but this was our first solo time together; and it was about TIME!!
Both being Nikon shooters (YEAH!!) we traded gear – erm, I borrowed a couple of her lenses
– and took turns photographing each other. Smart and stylish, she wore the most amazing dress topped off with a FABULOUS hat. She was a trooper navigating the rocky terrain in her super cute wedges to get to my preferred shooting spots but as you can see, it was worth the trek!

Being a photographer she is used to being the one BEHIND the camera, but being a natural beauty she was a breeze to shoot. I love our mix of stoic and silly expressions…and that HAT! Enjoy!
